Attendance approvals
Break rules are configured per location. Supervisors verify corrections and exceptions; managers approve every timesheet. Actual worked time must be preserved even when GPS or acknowledgment exceptions occur.
Shift Reports
Document activities, observations and incidents as separate time-stamped entries. Multiple entries per shift are permitted.
This opens the existing Wix CMS test reporting form. Do not submit real security incidents or confidential details until shift-level authorization and secure evidence handling are complete.
Reporting requirements
Frequency is location-specific. A closing summary is required; missing summaries do not prevent accurate clock-out.
Incident protection
Photos will be allowed only for Incident and Observation reports. Critical incident acknowledgment escalates at 3 and 6 minutes.

Location access will be derived from verified officer eligibility and confirmed assignments. Sensitive post orders are never exposed in the eligible-site preview.

Expiration notifications are scheduled by policy for 30, 14 and 7 days before expiration, once automation is operational.
Payment support & tax documents
Payment disputes, W-9 collection and issued tax forms will use restricted, provider-integrated workflows. These services are not currently available.
